My husband and I were building a triplex in Princeville, Kauai when we first met Dennis Toth at an open house. We were researching our own marketing strategy for future sales. We were impressed enough with Dennis and his knowledge after that first meeting to consider having him be our realtor three years into the future! Concurrently, we had a condo at Pali Ke Kua we wanted to sell during an unfortunate downturn in the Kauai Real Estate market. I found Dennis through an internet search and called, telling him my partner and I were frankly very fussy Buyers! We planned a 3 day Kauai visit and wanted to look at a rather long list of potential properties we had identified online. After a whirlwind tour of the most promising listings, a Princeville ocean-bluff condo caught our interest. Dennis helped us negotiate an acceptable offer with (ironically) a fussy Seller! Complications arose when, after a protracted 7 week review, the Lender I’d selected declined to loan on this particular property! Dennis referred me to another Lender and worked persistently to keep the deal alive despite the stresses of a number of unforeseen obstacles. Several times I was more than ready to give up — but Dennis counseled perseverance. Almost 4 months after our original offer, we closed on a wonderful Pu’u Poa condo. I would highly recommend Dennis to anyone considering purchasing property in Kauai.
