Ke’e Beach: The beach at the end of the road with fabulous views of the Na Pali coast. Ke’e Beach is also known as Ha’ena State Park. It’s a favorite beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and can get crowded at times. There’s a reef opening at Ke’e where, depending on ocean conditions, a current can develop which can carry the unwary snorkeler out. Always be careful!

Limahuli Garden: Limahuli Garden is part of the National Tropical Botanical Garden which was chartered by the United States Congress in 1964 as a privately-supported, non-profit research garden. End of the Road: Gateway to the Na Pali Coast and the famous Kalalau Trail. The long 11 mile (one way) hike requires a camping permit and is recommended for serious hikers only. The more commonly enjoyed hike is 2 miles to Hanakapi’ai Beach and back for a 4 mile round-trip with spectacular scenery along the way. You may choose to add another 4 miles to the hike by heading mauka from Hanakapi’ai Beach 2 miles upstream (count on getting your feet wet) to see the very impressive Hanakapi’ai Falls.
